Associate Degree in Welding Technology with Service Management


The Associate in Occupational Science (A.O.S.) degree program offers core training in the practical aspects of construction and repair of equipment and structures built with steel. In addition to structural skills, students will learn to weld pipe in multiple positions. Earn a Diploma in as little as 15 months or Associates Degree in 21 months.

Service Management course work provides students with a strong foundation in:

Welding Students at ATI are encouraged to earn certifications during their time at school. Below is a list of AWS (American Welding Society) Certifications that students could earn at ATI.

  • SMAW 6G Pipe Certification – AWS D1.1 Structural Welding Code, Steel
  • SMAW All Position Plate Certification, Limited – AWS D1.1 Structural Welding Code, Steel
